The staff was very kind and helpfull. We had the 6 course surprise menu, a little taste of everything! Absolutely amazing food! Would definitely come here again.
Top service, nice people. Waiting time was a bit too long. As a big eater, just a little too little food. However, you could also opt for a half or full rooster. Whereby this problem would be solved. All in all a great restaurant.
What a treat from Marlin! Warm hospitality and a wonderful environment for cozy dining. Enjoyed the delicious chicken. Highly recommended!
Tah, this was not what I expected. Actually it was only worth 2 stars, but the waitresses said that this was really an exception.
The building and decor are very nice and tasteful, the waitresses were also very nice and did their best. However, everything took a very long time and the kitchen clearly couldn't keep up. Starter lasted 45 minutes, then 60 minutes to the main course. Neither was it said why it had to take so long, only when asked. Other guests around us had the same thing. At the neighboring table, the order was simply not taken for 20 minutes, while on the other hand, half an hour had to wait for a simple dessert.
Regarding the food: the steak was hard and sinewy, not really tasty. The prime rib was barely warm and far from tender, and that after all that waiting.
I don't think we, or the other guests this evening, will come back here.
We have enjoyed Marlin's tasting menu i.c.m. the wine arrangement. Really a night out together. Delicious dishes, beautifully prepared plates and very friendly service. Thank you for the well-organized evening!
