Van Wijnen delivered our home in 2009. Great house, but from the start trip and leakage problems with the window frames. Van Wijnen's after-service is so terrible that we have been trying to solve these problems to date. They make appointments and then just don't show up. You call about it and then it is resolved immediately. Unfortunately, you then hear no more. Advice: do not take Van Wijnen as a builder, because if something goes wrong they are not at home.
