Today I got to meet this company for the first time when I took our van away for a major overhaul. I really received a top service, friendly welcome, clear and extensive explanation of what had to be done. Thinks along with the customer, gives good advice and comes across as very professional. Nice feeling left over, I will also recommend this party in my immediate environment.
We are very happy with Autotess and bring our cars there to our full satisfaction for MOT, maintenance and repair. Autotess is one of the few car companies that is still able to repair at component level, really thinks along with the customer and does not simply replace defective parts for new ones. This is exceptional within the industry and based on years of research within Deventer I can say that it is unique. Smart repair saves the customer a lot of costs, the rates for standard jobs are very reasonable (so far the bills have only been better than expected). The staff are very correct and handle the customer's car with care and skill. Autotess is located in the former building of the Toyota dealer with a spacious and professional workshop, an excellent place to further expand this beautiful car company. We warmly support Autotess and wish many other Deventer people the same positive experiences with this car company!
