My 12v output did not work anymore so I went to this Ford garage with my Ford, I already indicated that it might be the fuses. Why did I go to a Ford dealer? Well with the intention that said he knew a lot about it and might become a regular customer for turns ect. I was nicely received by a seller and a nice cup of coffee was offered. Then Mr. went to ask if a mechanic could look at my car. After looking for 10 minutes a mechanic came to me and said that all fuses were fine and that I had to come back later to look further, later that day I looked at the fuses myself and the 20 amp fuse was broken, replace it myself and look at my 12v output is working again. Was this dishonesty or bad workmanship? Furthermore, the sellers and mechanics were friendly, but personally I no longer trust the garage.
Very neat! Fast, all costs in consultation, borrow a bicycle. Very satisfied.
We were noticed immediately upon entering, the seller made eye contact while on the phone. Then he came to us. Friendly, knowledgeable and clear information. Beautiful case.
Not really the feeling of being really welcome here. Hope this will change at the next maintenance visit.
