Bought a nice Matiz from Boon. They respond quickly, professionally and provide honest information about the car. They have also replaced the timing belt and hood insulation, among other things. After returning home that there was another noise. We were able to return the car and had it back home within a few days. Super service!

We bought a Renault Scenic from Boon Automotive for a few weeks ago and were very pleasantly helped. Unfortunately we could only go on a Sunday with our family and this was possible by appointment. The car itself looked neat. Outside the car it was a bit messy but the owner indicated that they were moving. The owner or owners were a young couple by the way and were very pleasant and friendly people. After we had the car for three weeks, one of the electric windows suddenly stopped working. We called Boon Automotive and they immediately came up with a solution but asked us to wait a week as it was very busy. Last week we were able to visit the new branch of the company and it was repaired completely free of charge despite the fact that we did not purchase a guarantee when purchasing. We were even able to use a free loan car if only for an afternoon. Very good service and hence this well-deserved review.
