We were waiting for more than half an hour for a live stream of a funeral to start. We made a call of our own accord to find out what was going on, eventually we were told there was a malfunction at this funeral home. The livestream would be sent as a link after the funeral. It was presented as if that was a great solution and we should be over the moon with it. No apologies from the lady on the phone for such ignorance. At this time we already have no chance to say goodbye personally and to support the next of kin, but such fumbling also takes this moment away from us. As a grieving person, no one is waiting for this kind of incredible ignorance. Was a message on the live stream that there was an outage too much to ask while 38 people were waiting for a live stream that will never start? What a ridiculously bad service. A funeral is not a Netflix episode that you only want to watch on demand!
