Shuttle bus not ontime and remote ftom everywhere

For the first time to stayed in this hotel, room very clean and modern, food at the restaurant also so great, all the crew so friendly. The main entrance guest service very nice and friendly. They keep very high standard of procedure to maintain this covid 19, all hands sanitizer you can see every where. Hope one they will be back here.

1) the hotel is located in very isolated location and Amsterdam is very far from hotel.Connectivity is a issue during night time if you are coming back from city. 2) all the nearby shops are closed by 6 pm and hotel doesn't have 24*7 Restaurent.Food can become issue if u arrive late after 11 pm. 3) I was staying in a group of 20 people for 40 stays and we all had issues of theft.small things like After shave, cigarette packets started missing from the room.When reported to Managment they sounded blank and never accepted the issue. Hotel General manager Martijn told us nothing can be done on this and if we are facing problem we can check out. His behaviour toward the entire issue was very causal and he never accepted the problem.despite of numerous complains nothing was done and we had to stop house keeping from entering to the room. 4)female reception staff are very sweet most of them like Kubra but most of the men had attitude issues. 5) hotel General manager Mr Martijn should become more professional with his job.I would never like to return to this hotel because of his rude and egoistic behaviour.

Nice comfy hotel with some activity offered like bowling & cycling

Some great routes to go running from here. Plenty of eating options locally too.
