Clothing store for males and females
I don't usually succeed with buying pants (small size). But the gentleman behind the till was able to give me fine advice about the different types and the range of sizes. Not pushy, and knowledgeable! Finally went home with a good pair of pants, and information to reorder via the website!
In short, a very solid store and excellent service!
Where I previously had good experiences at the Jeans Center, I was unfortunately treated unfriendly by the staff last time. I asked the employee for pants that I had already received in an extra size because I often doubt between 2 sizes. However, she thought that I already had enough pants (4), so that I had to try them on first before I could try on an extra one, so that she did not have to put everything back. She literally said this to me. Then the pants did not fit properly in the relevant size and I still asked for the size larger. To this the employee replied irritated, whether I liked it enough to get it in a different size. Rarely heard anything so unkind. You won't see me here anymore.
As always good & friendly service with picking out 2 pants. They have a good sense of style pants that suit you and can also quickly give you examples of pants that are slightly different so that you can try them. Very happy left again.
Nice store with affordable fashion. Sometimes big discounts. And don't be difficult with various discount promotions. For example, if you have 3 pieces, you can use all 3 of them on one item. As a JC member you receive newsletters via email. Reading this already gives you a discount, how easy it can be to save.
Friendly staff with nice clothing tips.
