A fantastic company that we have always been able to rely on for 27 years. Reliable to the bid, in terms of assignment, duration, price quotation. And always with extremely friendly staff, both in the past as Steenbruggen BV, and recently as Instain Installatietechniek. In short, highly recommended!

hot water was no longer working, so I went to Steenbruggen to ask to fix this, have some knowledge of it and knew that it had to be in one of the sensors, but the owner said that they would know what was broken. Well they have done more than 2.5 hours in passing by 4 times and have also replaced the computer for € 200, - and that for € 47.50 ex per hour or incl. VAT 57.50 per hour what they normally do find prices while acquaintances cost between 31 and 37.50 ex per hour. Fortunately, after heavy insistence, they swapped the computer back, but had to pay the 2.5 hours, while if they had done what I had asked they could have finished in 0.5 hours. In other words, I really do not recommend this company. Rob from Deventer
