Unfortunately. Bunch of flowers ordered and delivered. 1 day later half already finished flowering. Called up. In response, it may have been in a hot bus for too long. We do not visit that is too expensive. Credit voucher of FIVE euros. So customer unfriendly. Smells like scams. Shameful.

Wanted to get a bunch, not too expensive. The woman was not helpful and eventually got a scanty bunch for that price. I said that I was not satisfied, in as friendly a way as possible, whether we could adjust anything. Which the man (I guess owner) completely shot out of his plate. We were shocked by the behavior of the man. The woman also seemed to be frightened by it. Never again!
