Everything in plastic! Upon request for paper packaging, an old bunch of flowers was used and the plastic thrown away ...! That is not of this time ...? Flowers did not stand long.
Very bad service.
A week and a half ago I bought a total of 4 bunches of roses here for my grandmother and for myself. The roses started to turn completely brown after a few days and have not hatched.
Within a week of the purchase, I went to the store with (clear) photos and the copy, to be treated extremely customer-unfriendly.
The salesperson gives you a grumpy look as if you are not quite right and you are spoken to in a tone that is not normal in my eyes, certainly not to a customer.
I had to take the roses with me to the shop otherwise nothing could be done, in short: if you give someone in Groningen an expensive bouquet as a gift and it is not good, then you just have to drive back and forth to Deventer ...
At first the saleswoman did not want to do anything to compensate, in the end I got 2 new bunches of roses and I was just not out of the shop.
I received these "new" roses last Friday and you guessed it, these are also completely brown and do not come out.
I'm more than fed up with it. Actually, I never look at what price I pay for flowers, but this is really a waste of money.
