Unfriendly staff. I called for advice because the plant that was delivered was bad from the start. Number of comments:
- "It is definitely a plant with green leaves, isn't it"
- "Yes I don't know, because yes I can't see the plant and we are closed for the time being".
No "oh how annoying to hear" or anything like that.
I do not recommend buying anything here.
Bunch of flowers already withering after 2 days.
The only advice after reporting this is to rinse the vase.
Do not get your flowers delivered here. When I was not at home (the flowers were a surprise so didn't know something would be delivered) the deliverer just left the flowers at my house without water. You would expect someone who works at a flower shop to know how to handle flowers.
