The worst shop ever. 1. This shop sent me wrong roses at least twice ( therefore I can't trust the rest I bought there anymore neither). I payed 50 euros for the pilgrim standard tree and Jacqueline du pre. Then I got very different ones. 2. I realized that when the blooming started and I had to wait for a month for this. 3. The guy in this shop Steven wrote me quite unprofessional email with my compliant as like "oh Indeed, it is not that rose. I will ask to my colleague next week otherwise I will send the right one in autumn." without an apologize of his or their unprofessional mistake and we don’t wanna wait until autumn. 4. I asked him to send back money if he can’t send right ones until next week and he is keeping to ignore it for weeks now. 5. The wrong roses I've got as their mistake are absolutely NOT what I wanted. Even they don't tell me what roses they sent with their mistakes. 6. It seems the guy in the shop doesn't understand anything what disaster he gave for my plan of my friends garden as a gift since he is ignoring my emails. 7. I bought 6 roses and 2 of them are obviously wrong so far. I still wanna get the right ones or I wanna get back the money. I asked that to him and he is keeping to ignore. They have no sense of responsibility for their customers.
