Dr. Berndsen and the other doctors in general practice work well. The pharmacy on the other hand .. it advertises to be open from 0800. When I arrived at 0755 from the car I already had eye contact with the employees working in the pharmacy. Then stand in front of the closed door. 0803 hrs the door is still closed. I knock 3x without response. 0806 hrs I am going to stand outside the window looking for contact to indicate that there is a customer. Conscious of my presence, the employee and, in my opinion, pharmacist, continue to compile prescriptions and leave the front door closed. 0808 hrs I am leaving for no return. It would be nice to be able to rely on a practice that adheres to advertised opening times. If you arrive earlier, you can also help a customer before opening time. If the advertised opening time cannot be achieved, and the situation of a customer waiting at the door occurs, it would also be nice if it is mentioned briefly. For a practice with such an important function, this socially insensitive treatment is not a good signal. Reason enough for me to find another pharmacy that has a clearer idea of ​​what interest it serves.
