In August a quote was requested as a private individual for relatively minor maintenance of the house. It concerned the repair of wind springs and some external joints. The offer took longer to arrive than suggested. After signing the offer, it took a long time before a planning was made. The planning turned out to have a misconception, while I recorded this by telephone. A second planning could not be carried out because at the time the joiner could not. All in all, 2.5 months after requesting a quotation, no repairs have yet been carried out. If you say on your website: We are a no-nonsense organization that does what it says; appointment = appointment. I personally find the experience disappointing. PS. Price was good, the expected quality certainly not less, unfortunately I can not judge that now and I am forced to go to another painter / maintenance company to have the work carried out.
