What a disappointing business and rude owner! Normally I wouldn't share this, but my wife is so insulted that I feel people have a right to know before throwing their money away here.
My wife bought a bouquet of flowers for almost 40 euros here last week for an acquaintance who had her birthday. She was told they were fresh flowers. After three days, however, this forest had completely faded and could be thrown away. To share her disappointment with the florist, she went back today to ask whether those flowers were really fresh. The rude and disrespectful way this person speaks to a customer is indescribable. Let this be a warning!
I regularly get fresh bunches of flowers with my bonus mother. The flowers are very beautiful and stay fresh for a long time. We have received excellent assistance. Really recommend!
