Nice vintage guesthouse. Rooms at a good price ( of course it is not Hilton...). Excellent brasserie.

We called here as a party of four on a very cold winter even and found a very warm atmosphere and very friendly staff who coped well with different languages! The food was brilliant- good quality, well presented and a fair price. A really enjoyable experience, recommended. You can park on street a short walk away.

Ordered the salmon with asparagus which was a tiny slice (1 inch wide) and cold🙁. The waiter explained that they had a few big groups of people attending an event which caused them issues to deliver well and he apologized for it. Unfortunately no offers were given to make up for it which is unfortunate, maybe because we're tourists and not returning customers. Despite the mishap others got better meals and the prices are very reasonable 😁

Very cozy and v. Good hospitality. Recommended to stay if you have activities in Hengelo as its 15 minutes driving max.
