Order an iron from the higher price range online here. Instead of 1 day of promised delivery, it took 4 days. After arrival of the package, the iron appeared to be damaged in several places. I was able to return the device after telephone contact. The shipping costs would be reimbursed. After sending it back, an email from this Expert Goor followed that the amount was going to be refunded and that we had to understand that the shipping costs were refunded out of "leniency". In addition (with double exclamation mark) the response that they had not found any damage. So we do not receive a new device (!), Communicated in an email with an annoying and pedantic tone. Too bad, because our older one was broken and the promise had been made that we would get an undamaged, new device. I don't know what the store itself is like, but don't order anything online.

Great store, friendly help. It is a bit smaller, and they have everything, but because of the size of the store, there is a smaller choice per product group. But we succeeded because we first checked the stock online.

This Expert store has recently been renovated and looks very well-organized, wide choice of electronics and accessories, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is available (free) in front of the door.
