Recently had three curtains cleaned at Good Clean Lochem. There were urine stains and odors from cats in the curtains. The curtains have returned without any noticeable improvement and no note on it. Contacted by email. The owner then called me. Unfortunately, this conversation was not helpful, rather confusing. A solution has not been found. I just emailed the owner the following: A. (the lack of) knowledge about urine stains / odor. Urine can at most be removed by means of an agent with enzymes. You did not mention this in the conversation. And just covering up the scent as you suggested will never be a solution. B. the fact that I cannot check whether there is a card on the hangers with the comment that permission is required to wash the curtains. And if the disappearance of such a card occurs more often, it is time to devise a new system for it. This is of no use to the customer. In addition, my telephone number was known to you. C. the fact that I (should) show understanding for the above points and that I should provide the solution myself. That is why I will no longer have my things cleaned at your company and I cannot give you a good review.

Rare designer jacket brought here. They have not cleaned it properly and they have also damaged the jacket by stapling in the label. In short, don't go here if you value your stuff.

Super service, not only clean but especially caring. Hole in a very dirty jacket was secured so that it did not get bigger and the jacket was wonderfully clean again. Maybe not the cheapest, but very caring and clean

My black blazer brought to the clean clean good, with less success the black had ended up on a placard on the back! But my blazer could be steamed according to the laundry label. Had contact with the owner, contact with the store. Neat mail received from the owner of good clean with explanation! The store agreed with the dry cleaner and my blazer was reimbursed! Neatly helped by good clean! Thank you.

Our curtains were seriously polluted by soot and smoke, a service point offered at Good-Clean on Monday evening and Thursday morning we were able to pick them up again. In between we were called by Good-Clean because we were worried if the curtains would be clean and / or they would not shrink. Good-Clean has properly assessed our concerns by continuing to communicate about the progress of cleaning the curtains. We are pleasantly surprised with the result of Good-Clean, the curtains are as new and there are years to go. Good-Clean, you did class work and the communication was excellent, we would like to recommend Good-Clean to you, really the address of service and quality, but certainly of reliability.
