Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the IMGRO. The employees treated me in a rude manner and were not professional at all. I came there yesterday to ask if they had hair dyes that give you a purple glow in your hair (I have brown hair myself) and the lady working there seemed rushed and apparently gave me the wrong color. The moment I finished dyeing my hair I found out and my hair is now red instead of dark purple. Once I came back to say I got the wrong color and was not satisfied with the service, I got a blunt reply back saying it's my own fault and I should pay more attention. I have made it clear to them that as a customer who has no experience in hair dye and hairdressing products, I am not responsible for the advice I receive from an employee who must have overgins experience in the product that she sells / advises to the customer. It is not professional at all times to treat your customers in this way. When I asked for the right color and did not want to pay for it, she wanted me to pay for it. When I refused to do so, she refused to help me further. In any case, I will not come back here! The staff is not at all customer friendly and professional. Not recommended so if you want to go there for advice !!
