Great experience. The ordered electric bicycle was delivered on time. In the meantime I had asked a few questions via e-mail. There was a quick and good response to this. When we picked it up, we received more than enough explanation and some good advice about possible accessories. We are therefore very satisfied.

Bicycle is fine. Very competitively priced. Found nowhere cheaper. But in-store expertise and communication to the customer is poor. Bicycle selected via the website. I needed some help choosing the frame size so I went to the store in Opmeer. Little knowledge and decision aid found there. I made the choice myself and ordered an Electric Sparta bicycle. Delivery a week later ????? ..... Ordered the next day at home for 12 hours ???? (as it says on the site) .. apparently not. The bike was not there on the agreed delivery date. No message from this. Called myself a day later. Customer service very difficult to reach. The delivered bike was broken and a new bike had to be delivered. It was promised that the bike would be delivered the next day. This was confirmed by e-mail. Heard nothing all day the next day. At around 5 p.m. you can call yourself. This was an hour before the store closed to see if it was going to happen. Nobody can be reached anymore. Call again the next day. It was indicated that the bicycle was in Opmeer and could be picked up that afternoon. Bicycle picked up. Minimal explanation received about the bicycle and the operation. Cycled 22 km home for testing. No bell mounted. Handlebar is completely loose and could move up and down freely. Not completely safe. Called again with customer service. Connected to Opmeer. Being able to fasten loose handlebars with telephone instructions yourself. Bell is mounted at next service.

All people say that these people do bad things is not so they come all their appointments and help you just fine and if you go to another store that really does not matter to them and they have very beautiful fireworks and bikes available every year for a nice price. (but that's my opinion)
