Made a booking to come and see a car I was ready to buy. After a long drive I arrive to be told “oh I sold that this morning” I was then ignored by all the guys who were just sitting around chatting. My partner came in with out baby and they also blanked her. Basically she asked where the car was and they just ignored her. I then found another guy and said is the car here or not. He then said yes and walked me to another lot and said there it is but we don’t have the key. Then when pressed the key turned up but I couldn’t drive it. When pressed some more they said ok but you have to buy it if you drive it. Also looked in the glove box and saw it was a German import which is not an issue but they lied about this when I asked them. They are shifty, mysogynists that might look good from the outside maybe even have some decent cars but they don’t deserve to be successful.

In July bought a VW Golf 6 without a test drive, but were based on confidence.
Could pick up the car later in the week, it would be cleaned and refueled.
When we arrived at the agreed time, he was not ready yet, unfortunately, so we kept waiting, the car wash was done quickly and when we finally got the car, the tank was completely empty unfortunately.
So we were allowed to refuel the car ourselves and with a touch we got the money back.
All in all it went a bit messy.
Finally with the car on the way home it turned out that the clutch was making a noise, were allowed to come back the next day to show and again made agreements about this and they have been properly fulfilled.
Also found out later that it was a German car and therefore data about mileage and such cannot be checked.
Also made good agreements about this.
Drive it now for half a year and in the meantime so the clutch has been neatly replaced by them and it drives great.
All in all it went a bit messy but very happy with the car.
So if they improve those points when selling I would give them 5 stars.
3 weeks ago we had a very good experience with this garage. We were there with our 4-month-old child, here was also an eye for. The car we came for was already sold, there was good thought and there turned out to be another Ford Focus that might be appealing. After a test drive, there were many doubts with us, especially because it really was a lot of money for us. The points on the car that we were not happy with were promised to be fixed. This was also clearly put on paper. Yesterday we picked up our car, as promised, the hood was painted. First refueling, as promised a full tank. Overall good experience. What a top dealer !! I bought my new car here, for a very competitive price.
Where other garage companies sell cars with 2 tons on the counter, more expensive and you do not get a fair trade-in amount for your trade-in car .... I got from van der kooy, a very good fair trade-in value for my car, and a very good and competitively priced car with no less than 60k on the clock.
The sales people are also good, they are very friendly people, a very good reliable dealer.
She promised me a full tank, bold license plates, a polished car, a new MOT, and a major service ..... they have all done it nicely !!!
I also have a full 24 month warranty on the car, I also get it
next year a free MOT and immediately a free o.h turn!
There are also all very neat occasions and they have a very large workshop garage, it all looks good.
My car drives very well and thank you for the good service!
