6 months ago I offered an expensive lamp from my mother to Edison in Hilversum for repair. After 3 months of not hearing anything, I went to the shop to ask about the repair. I was told they were waiting for a dimmer from Germany. Didn't hear anything again for 3 months and I went back and then the owner said that the lamp had been picked up a long time ago. But not by me !!! He has given the lamp to another customer and declines any responsibility. The stocking is finished for him, but my mother is now missing her expensive copper lamp! And worst of all is the owner's sheer laxity and attitude. He doesn't give a shit and makes no effort to accommodate. I would walk around this store with a big bow!
Super store and very customer friendly, you have something that seems impossible, they solve it, lights tap fittings you can not think it crazy they have it! Do not search loyalty and immediately to Edison! Completely my compliments
