Renovation apartment. Start went well, work was done clean and tidy, but the finishing went wrong everywhere. Bad / sloppy paintwork: many drippers. Skirting too short, caulking untidy. Ugly corner finishes. Corners not neatly mitered. Wavy baseboards. Skirting boards do not fit well on walls / ceilings, etc. See photos. This is despite the fact that everything (all walls and ceiling) has been completely rebuilt from the ceiling. We have always discussed the problems and indicated what was wrong, but it was no longer possible to solve it, because then almost everything would have to be repeated. Fred has made some attempts to restore things and has really tried his best, but unfortunately that was not good enough. We no longer trusted it. Has come back again to repaint door: full of drippers; fiddling. Not recommended in our opinion. As far as we are concerned, the title "De Vakman" is not appropriate here.
