Super children's hospice. Driven from the heart. Heroes to the bone!

Our 15-year-old son is severely physically handicapped, has a tracheal cannula and is on a ventilator at night and sometimes during the day. There are few places in the Netherlands where these children can occasionally stay, because our son can occasionally stay here for a while, so it remains possible for us to continue taking care of him at home. We can refuel and give all the attention to our other children. Without this beautiful place I don't know if our son would still live at home. Together with their volunteers, they put all the love that these people have into other people's children. So beautiful.

This children's hospice is an excellent choice for our little son of almost a year. Super enthusiastic people who take care of the children there with great care, patience and love. Had a great introductory meeting with highly motivated people. Excellent care and everything arranged down to the last detail, including medical care during transport. For parents like us it is very reassuring and we can confidently let our child stay here and hope that our son and all the staff will have a lot of fun with everyone who stays or works there for many years to come. As parents, we see how happy our son Oscar is at ZonnaCare, how well and carefully they are cared for and what incredibly sweet people (professionals and volunteers) he has around him. Moving. And how happy we (and many of us) of the photos we get when Oscar goes riding with the neighbors. With three volunteers who accompany him. Deep bow and respect. And we are relieved for a moment to recover and spend time with our family. We wish ZonnaCare all the best.
