I also have bad experience with Triton Pools from Naarden. If you come for maintenance products for your jacuzzi, you will not be helped because the employee was in a conversation and had to wait for 10 minutes after talking very arrogantly and unkindly saying that the jacuzzi was not bought at Triton so did not want to help me. I want everyone who reads this review to look for another company where they sell swimming pools where they are customer friendly. You should definitely not go to Triton in Naarden, the guts and arrogance drip from it

Big contrast to previous reviews, but we were not satisfied at all. Was asked by the employee to come back after half an hour because it was in conversation. No problem, of course. Half an hour later we were back, but were not looked at in the store anymore. After waiting 10 minutes, asked if we could be helped, but the employee indicated that we could see that he was still in conversation. No coffee, no excuse, no suggestion for a solution or appointment. Yet walked in for the second time because it was an absurd situation and we wanted to talk about it, but again there was no hearing. Normally I never write reviews and always want to have the conversation or discussion on the spot and here you always come out. In this case also done and expressed our dissatisfaction, but it did not help - we were potential customers, but they felt that they acted properly and in all reasonableness. Too bad because you expect a certain service, customer service and trust when purchasing a swimming pool. We therefore do not cooperate with Triton.
