Very annoying company. I have had a subscription for years and canceled last year. Canceling was a problem, because they are unreachable by telephone and emails are not answered. Just tried calling again, without success. I received a payment reminder again. Now I have happy proof that I have canceled, among other things via a registered letter. Because that is really necessary.

I once bought a program from this company to make a forecast. Program unfortunately did not send an email for a working program. Unfortunately no effort was made to answer.

Tacit renewal and no leniency or customer-friendliness to clear up a misunderstanding. My advice is not to do business with this entrepreneur.
