There are enough flagships on display to choose from. The staff is very helpful with questions one might have. Gigantic touch screens are a great touch to the luxuriousness of the shop too!!

This week my 92-year-old mother asks to replace the old battery for her Samsung S5 and is advised to take a new phone and subscription and also to convert her TV subscription to kpn. Finally went home without a battery. Assisted by female assistant. I'm not immediately thinking of scams. But very poor service. Motto: first give the customer what he wants and then what he needs.
