Very rude lady at the fitting room at Zara Hilversum. Instead of helping customers, making it easy for them, creating great customer experience - she was was behaving totally the opposite. No smile, no welcome greeting, angry attitude, “giving orders tone of voice “ where to put the clothes back .. shame!
