Thing they have working for them is that they are the only health store in the area. Others are 5km away from their location. The owner is knowledgeable, he knows a lot and takes time to explain things to you as a customer, goes through great lengths and is kind. If you want something that is not in the selves, good chance they order it and it will be on the shelves next time. But and it is a big but the reason I boycott them, is the rude and near imbecile behaviour of the staff and the wife of the owner is cut from the same cloth. They do not have the customer high in service. If they make a mistake for example your order is placed in the wrong calender and after that mistake your order isn't there on the time it should be, you going to the store three times and it is still not there it is normal that you feel frustrated. If you then act as customer disappointed, expressing your thoughts to the personnel is resulting in you as customer being unkind, misbehaving and they being upset with you. That's not the way I want to feel paying big money for healthy products. Ultimately the staff is incapable to read it's customers, while they also argueeing with you and are big know it all's that want to be right even about your own experiences. I know go to ekoplaza instead cause I want to buy my groceries were the store has a great ambiance.

While I was in the shop one off the staff members was extremely rude to a customer on the phone. After that she very loudly talked about this conversation with her collegue and they started to make fun of the customer. When I told them that I found this extremely rude and it gave me a very bad feeling that a customer was publicaly mocked and that this showed a total lack of respect and dignity for their customers overall, the staffmember reacted in a very sinical manner towards me. In her sinical way she showed me that she was not going to change her arrogant and rude way with customers.

Great organic supermarket! Bit more expensive than your average supermarket but everything is organic and there's a full selection of raw materials too.
