I paid for an expensive premium business service to be picked up from Manchester airport. The complete service was terrible. The driver was not at the airport when we arrived, I had to call him 4 times on the phone. He then sent a friend in a small car to pick us up!! I paid for a premium business service. The driver turned up in a tracksuit and nearly half an hour late. He didn't know where we were going, I had to give him the details. At the end I was told I could only pay cash (obviously as it was not a professional service) and I didn't have enough cash on me. I complained to Taxi2Airport. I had to chase them for a response. They told me that there was nothing wrong and that they would not refund me anything. They basically did not accept the validity and my disappointment in the service. Absolutely shocking service. This is the first time I've ever left a bad review. Suffice to say, I won't be using them ever again.

We are service provider and from last year to till this date they are generating credit notes but not making any payment. its not only with our company they have done it with several companies just seen their reviews on trip advisor and Google. please its a request to customers not to book by this website because they not making any payment to any service provider any where in the world. kindly go through their provider reviews and customers and please use another company. Thank you

Customers & Suppliers please stay away of this company. They never pay the suppliers (who provides cars & performs customers bookings), even though they already charged the customers for the booking. They are a scam company. They are saying because of COVID 19 situation, they couldn't pay us back BUT I'm waiting for payment for the bookings I completed during Christmas 2019. COVID 19 situation STARTED FROM THIS YEAR FEBRUARY. All Liars worked there.

We are subcontractors for this company and waiting for our payments for last 1 year. They are big frauds, collecting money from customers and not paying to the suppliers. To save their skins they have appointed a claim settlement agency offering us 10% of our claims. Request to all suppliers DO NOT SIGN OR ACCEPT THIS PROPOSALS. this will close all our options. Request to all the customers, not to book taxis from this company. Trust me you will loose your money as no subcontractors will send cars as they owe money to each and every suppliera.

Taxi2airport.com This company get money from customers but they never send my money and saying COVİD - 19 PANDEMIC. But we do it all job before Pandemi they never paying taxi transfers company money. This little warning for you and your customers, if you don't pay Viper Shuttle Money 9898 Euro, my Law and court will start processing in court. Just little friendly warning.
