The location and a very helpful and friendly staff. The only negative point is for rubbish bins. There is no selective sorting, nor the containers to do so.

The house self is ok reasonably nice furnished. There is no airconditioning. We rented a week with daily temperature of 35C degrees. The house is unbearable hot. We cannot sleep at night during the heat.The internet connection is realy bad, onworkable slow connection. The price is simply not worth
