In the past period I have used Brendan's services as a Personal Trainer. After an extensive intake, Brendan makes a plan with you about what you will work on in terms of fitness or other challenges. Brendan prepares the individual guidance / lessons, coordinates this with you. In doing so, he takes into account your condition or any obstacles you may have. He stimulates you to take it a step further or slows you down when you are a bit too fanatic. Muscle pain is never the goal. In the meantime my toe is broken and Brendan adjusts the lessons accordingly. If desired, he gives advice with regard to nutrition and related behavior. Here too Brendan has proven to be very knowledgeable. Brendan as a person is open, approachable and honest. He keeps his distance in accordance with COVID-19 rules. I absolutely recommend Brendan as a PT in sports coaching.

I've been training with Brendan for a year and a half now, and it's still a party every week. Outside of training, the handles he gives are great. Just spar about how the week went, and especially why you do things that way. These moments are very enlightening, and after thinking about it sometimes, always true. The nutrition app is certainly handy, delicious recipes and you can still reach your goal with this. If you are looking for a coach I say go to Brendan! It helps you to achieve your goals. Whether it is to get / stay fit or achieve your ideal weight the ideal coach.

When I started training with Brendan a year and a half ago, I didn't do any sports anymore. This, in combination with a sedentary profession, meant that I knew something had to change. My original goal was therefore sports in itself. Gradually I notice that I am getting stronger and have more stamina. Brendan keeps coming up with ways to make training as effective as possible and also when it is necessary to pay extra attention to something, for example when I was suffering from back problems. I will continue with this for the time being.

Brendan stelt de juiste vragen en luistert ook naar wat je niet zegt. Ik ben heel blij met hem als voedingscoach en met het resultaat dat ik door zijn coaching al heb behaald!

Started with Brendan after being diagnosed with cancer. I wanted to get fitter. I think I am more difficult to guide because of my illness but it is really fantastic how Brendan deals with this! Personal attention and transparent communication adorn Brendan's approach. Really a top guy that I definitely recommend if you want to get fitter.
