Swart is a subcontractor of Liander and as a consumer you have no choice, you cannot ignore them if you want to have something done about your connection. They are apparently very aware of this position of power, and so as a "customer" you are served extremely poorly here. Information is lost; pPlanning is unclear; Emails are not answered; Callback requests are ignored. Calling Liander over and over again to try to get someone to schedule something. Totally hopeless and as a consumer you have nowhere to go.

The pipe-making is difficult to achieve, everything needs via email. But if you send email, you get no response. They only give a guarantee up to the door. If you call them and ask if an installation is covered by a warranty, you will get a cheeky lady on the phone who you don't want to help. And if you ask about someone sitting above her, she says the roof is above her. It's just hard to get anything done with this company. I would discourage anyone to do business with this company.

Nothing can be discussed with this company. They are super difficult. They are far too arrogant, even the lady who answers the phone is arrogant. Better not do business with it, for me it is first time and last time.
