What a very nice experience to be able to sleep with you with four girlfriends.
A cozy small accommodation with all available facilities and comfort.
An attic with 4 beds and a living room with couch ... sauna and shower.
Awesome.
Not to mention the hospitality with which we were received and the luxurious breakfast on the Saturday morning .... even gluten free !!
It made our weekend with Volendam complete.

Nice little house. Oudentiek .. and right in the center. Not very luxurious .. but nice garden with its own terrace.

In itself a great place, it was very warm, and without a fly screen it was annoying sleeping with open arms. A fan would also have been a welcome addition. Hostess not seen observed by the son.
We have stayed 4 nights with our family in De Monnick., What a wonderful experience! Super hospitable hostess, delicious breakfast and even fresh oliebollen were baked for us on New Year's Eve. We have received nice tips about the area and the sauna in the cottage is also delicious. The location is ideal, right in the beautiful center of Monnickendam. The carillon can indeed be heard, but it did not bother us. And for those who suffer from it, there are earplugs available.
