It was closed although it was written is opened. It even did not have the name on it. Not only us were confused but also other visitors.

The original Theetuin House in Waterland. Very small with original decoration and free running chicks. Excellent cakes. Coffee, Thea and 2 tarts all in all 17€ not for low budgets.

Such a lovely and great location. Such a shame the owner lady is so unfriendly. Because of this a 2 star review otherwise would be a 5. It's about the whole experience. Location is great so it's sells himself which makes the owner apparently lazy to treat customers more thoughtful

Great location. Awesome scenery. Wide variety of exceptional tea. Tasty coffee and amazing cakes. Really cool place!
