This comment is about manicure service: terrible! Besides the fact that the nails are not professionally done (the girls were very nice but I doubt their cosmetic education) i paid 35 euros for basically filing and nail polish. Not even cuticles removed since they had no time. They booked me in for 20 minute while the website says 45 are needed, so the girls didn’t have the time to do the job properly. The reason why I didn’t leave half way was that the girls were sweet and kind but shame on the whole thing. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

The space was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly but the saunas aren't hot at all. So no point of going there if the main part of a spa isn't working

I went for a facial treatment and it was a joke. For a facial scrub and a face mask i can do it at home. Really rude ¨beautician¨, without any care or subtlety and checking her phone several times. And on top of that meanwhile I had the face mask on and expected a head massage, she just rubbed her hands through my hair! i have more care when I stroke an animal. You expect to have a juicy skin after your treatment and unfortunately the first thing I did when I came home was to apply some face cream because my face skin felt dry and tight. Worse experience EVER!

Very small Sauna. Only with one steam bath and a sauna. There's another room which is just vacant and cold The whole facilities need a good clean-up, the walls and floors in the shower space look dirty
