What a beautiful and very centrally located hotel in the center of Amsterdam. And what immediately stood out is the hospitality of the people who work here. Very polite and friendly we were received when parking our car in the parking garage. The hotel is beautifully styled and fitted with beautiful furnishings. This is reflected in the carefully decorated rooms. We really lacked nothing. Wonderfully clean rooms, wonderful beds and bedding, wonderful scents from Marie-Stella-Maris! A very nice smart TV in the room. The breakfast was very good in this special time and provided with all kinds of goodies. On Sunday we could leave our car behind for a while after checking out so that we could walk through Amsterdam for another afternoon. This hotel is an absolute must.

Spend there one night for Thanksgiving dinner. Hotel perfectly located right in the centre of Amsterdam, rooms are small, but clean and cosy. The best service and hospitality I ever get in Amsterdam, very friendly staff (waitresses Kata thank you) Dinner was perfect, food very tasty and fresh! Like that they are very pet friendly! This hotel highly recommend to visit!

Exceptional decor and design. Room was also exceptional in regards to comfort and elegance. Staff are professional, friendly and informed. Breakfast staff were happy, friendly and kind. Breakfast was excellent. Table service, very attentive.

WOW!!!!!!! I CANNOT SAY WHAT THIS HOTEL HAS MADE A SPECIAL MARK IN MY HEART!! FROM THE TIME OF CHECKING IN TO LEAVING. A VERY special thanks to Executive Chef Wolfgang and Chef Julian, Vincent Restaurant mng, Nina in room service, Maria Teresa, Mano, reception girls,all wonderful. housekeeping always helpful with a smile! Khalid in security a darling man a smile and good day is always at hand. l had spent a month at this property due to a medical challenge i had!! The hotel staff were caring and helpful! i will write about this on every media sight i can! xx lt is a beautiful property lots of great chairs lounges like your at a different country each time where ever you sit is a different feeling! the food AMAZING!! A MUST TRY Chef Wolfgang's ricotta pancakes! and the beef hambuger,and New York steak! Chef Wolfgang will always do his best if you ask for anything different!! Juices are amazing all fresh! pineapple is my favourite!x Despite a little few challenges which hotel manager sweet Jos did rectify in an instant. HE IS A TRUE GENTLEMAN!! X AMAZING MAN!! He deserves all he wishes for in LIFE.TRUST ME to have a hotel manager like that having your back no need to worry about anything to do with that wonderful property!! (i still have tears in my eyes just thinking what he did for me and my family!)THANK YOU JOS.X Not much to see from the outside but, when walking in to that wonderful fragrance to the plush lounge's and restaurant to the luxury of suites and rooms! movies on order room service awaiting,luxury sheets and pillows amazing beds!! the church bells i will always remember waking up to that sound was lovely. lt is in the strict centre so your not far from anything! and it is very safe. I HAVE SEEN MANY PROPERTIES WORLD WIDE! AND THIS ONE IS AMONG ONE OF MY TOP.X YOU FEEL AT HOME THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.XXX THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. XXX
