Had a very bad experience! They are very difficult to reach, and if you say something about it, they will be casual about it. I had made an appointment a week earlier on July 7 at 13h, I will get to that before I said what I came for, Madam indicated that it was not possible, and that I can come back at 3 pm, as if people had nothing else to do. While this appointment has been fixed for a week and during the telephone conversation I had repeatedly asked if it was possible because of my work. Really ridiculous if not professional if you can't be kind, don't do this job. Saves a lot of wasted time and money. 🤮

Very bad experience. Unprofessional treatments and a service that is worth nothing! Went with my mom yesterday for hair dye and makeup treatment. My mom literally pointed to a blonde / golden brown color and then she said she wants that color. Mrs. Assil, owner, has finished painting and immediately leaves the salon, with the excuse that she would pick up her car, which is parked a little further and that would only take fifteen minutes. After waiting more than an hour and a half and calling her to come soon, she finally came and took the foil off my mom's hair and washed her hair. And guess what !! It has turned completely WHITE / GRAY. Literally WHITE / GRAY. That was just ridiculous to watch! Mijm mom and I immediately said that she should improve the color, because we can not leave the salon! She promised to make it up to her and then came over with a jar of paint and started messing around with my mother's hair again. After a few minutes, she washed it out again and it was a mix of colors ... At this time we could not process it and after sitting with her for almost half a day, under which she made us wait more than an hour and a half, we returned home. Next morning you can still see my mother's hair gray, white, light brown, dried out and completely damaged !! That is really ridiculous to see! In the end I went with my mother to another respectable salon, Salon Malika near the ornamental square, where a professional hairdresser tried to correct my mother's hair. Of course, she couldn't completely get rid of the color, because it would damage and break my mother's hair even more, but at least it's a lot better than the rumbling that Assil, so-called hairdresser, has done with my mother's hair. I also had my own hair corrected, because she had done very thick, bright highlights for me, which I also had corrected at Salon Malika ... IN SHORT: unprofessional and inexperienced woman who has nothing of the trade and no registered diplomas for has both hair and make-up! Make-up with her is also 0.0 👎👎👎. When waxing my mom's face, she put on a very hot wax that no human can sustain, but my poor mom has persevered, saying that this is good for your skin and removes all your dead cells. People ,, NEVER do a treatment at this junk salon and owner!
