Really incredibly shabby how they are here with customers / sisters! handle. I was 10 minutes late for a facial treatment of 60 min. The distance at groupon is misleading and I had been traveling from Amsterdam east almost 1.5 hours (!) With the public transport. I was sent away by the lady who was there, I had to make a new appointment. There was no possibility for a shortened treatment, which of course is very strange since 60 minutes were reserved for me if it was okay. When I indicated that it was no longer because of my pregnancy (and I also did not intend to travel again 3 (!) Hours, it was indicated that I had to withdraw my money from groupon. groupon needs proof that the treatment never took place, I called and emailed Karizma, but there was never any reaction, I would discourage this salon to all potential customers and to all my friends.

I wanted to try a laser treatment for my face and neck. Be a bit careful in that, and had already been to Clinic 63 as a try-out. However, I left without treatment; the offer was there but when I was there it turned out to be much more expensive! So further search, and then I came to Karizma; what a difference! The offer they had just finished, but that was no problem at all. So: make an appointment (could very quickly) and try. I was very kindly received and pampered! Not only did I get the laser treatment that I wanted to try, but for the same (very reasonable) offer price I received a full beauty treatment: eyebrows pilled (beautiful!), Cleaning, steam bath, massage with oil after the laser, mask and finally eye serum and day cream. During the laser treatment people listened to me very carefully and I was always told what was being done, which was very nice because I thought it was a bit exciting. I went outside with a silky skin and completely relaxed. The only thing I regret is that I did not immediately buy multiple treatments. So now wait again for their next offer, then I'll be there like the chickens ....

Fantastic experience with my eyebrows, first plucking with twine / dye, then semi-permanently daring with microblading: Sultan did this beautifully; she pays attention to the shape of your face, your facial expressions and the result is natural and very beautiful. My girlfriend and sister are also very happy with the result.
