They provided mismatched silversplints. They were adjusted on delivery and I went back again. After that I moved to the other side of the country. The person I went to said that these silversplints could not be made and that I need new ones. The health insurer did not give permission for the reimbursement of splints, because they were less than a year old. They said that Chamber should return their compensation so that it can be used for new splints. But Kamer wanted me to stop by again first. It didn't matter that it's a journey of more than 200 km, that I can't drive because of the reason for which I have silversplints and there is corona. With public transport it would be 3.5 hours one way. At the end of December I was in the area and made an appointment with them. I was there for 1.5 hours while they were going to try to adjust it anyway. And that I can ask a specialist for a new referral. So that they can keep their compensation. A year after delivery I am still walking with my old fabric braces, which are falling apart and I have a few silversplints that I cannot wear.
