Inbox opslagruimte - de makkelijkste van Nederland

Was scammed by a seller (Kristian Tanev) who took advantage of the fact that i didn't speak dutch. He sold a storage box and a service and purposely left out all additional costs (which i had asked about) and made a misleading pitch; when i asked for the recording of the pitch, this was refused. I called many times to reach the seller or a manager but my conversations were all cut short by customer service who said they could terminate the call if they wanted to and that there are no rules about that in the company.....i guess the company just has time to call you 3 times a day when they need your money but are all not available to assist you after. I asked to cancel and they referred me back to the Terms and Conditions which stated that a cancellation couldn't be made, although this was never mentioned in the call. When i said i would take this further i was threatened by the manager (Thomas Kools) that either i accepted a 40% refund (112 euro) and no service or they would charge me even more since they had my bank details (which i did record, since they called me from a private number to avoid the call being recorded). If anybody has a similar experience please report these disgusting people to The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets

Play it safe and choose a recognized mover! We too have been seduced by a slick website and sales pitches. But beware, although it seems an attractive offer, there are all kinds of extra costs associated with the service. For example, we appeared to take up more storage space than Inbox had estimated in advance (without a list of items based on a single telephone call) and they charged us 300 € p / m more than agreed. Several reviews were needed to start a conversation with Inbox. Scandalous customer communication: callback requests are not fulfilled, e-mails are not answered. In addition, damage will not be reimbursed unless you have purchased the packing service (of course at an additional cost). Keep in mind that they use inexperienced student drivers and movers, so damage is easily incurred. Finally: don't be fooled by reviews on customersvertellen.nl. These are people who have been selectively invited by Inbox; negative customers are of course not invited. Look at Tros Radar or Trustpilot and you have a better picture.
