Rude, not helpful and unprofessional. Sometimes they refuse to look for your package, hardly look for it or just claim it didn’t arrive yet when it is there.

Until 2019 or 2020 there were really nice people but since then owners / sellers have changed and the new people are really not nice.

If different packages were collected without problem or waiting times. Excellent service. They didn't even find it a problem to answer a few questions or how parcel delivery works.
