Nice shoe store

Yesterday on it Osdorpplein. The lady was wearing a mouth cap just under her nose. I asked if they had a boot that I would like to see in real life. She went to the order kiosk and asked my mate. So she wanted to order immediately. I indicated that I only wanted to see the shoes to get a picture and that I can also order at home if necessary. Also because of standing close together and she only had her mouth mask on halfway. She says: Yes if people go home to order ln I close the store, if I order here for you it is free shipping. But that is also the case if you order from home, I indicated. If I ordered there it would count towards the turnover, she said. I have ordered at home anyway and will not come here for the time being. Unfortunately.

On the advice of the Nelson Branch on Gelderlandplein I drove to the branch in Osdorp because they did have the Fitflops that I wanted to buy in stock, but this is less true. The branch manager asked will I order them for you? On Monday I decided to call the store, I was informed that they had my phone number and that I would be called as soon as they entered. After waiting 8 days I didn't get the promised phone call, I decided to drive to the store again. To my surprise I heard that my Fitflops had been ordered with the wrong number "and that this could happen" The salesperson had no idea which Fitflops I was talking about, she asked me to point my Fitflops on the screen. What a failure to deal with customers in this way, the manager no longer knew me. No excuse is offered. They apparently find it normal that people come from far away and that they settle for it to happen !!

Super bad treatment after I brought a shoe back because I saw it somewhere else for 40 euros cheaper. Once in the store the "manager" started to laugh at me and whether I would ask for the difference for a packet of sugar at the Albert Heijn. If not professional. I came back to bring the shoe did not ask to get the difference back !! Fully my right to do that as a consumer !!
