Very friendly and helpful people. Amazing and quality assortment of things. I felt in the store, Christmas peace and quiet. Of course, I must not forget the welcoming four-legged dogs of the staff 😀😇😊😘

Unfortunately I can't write any feedback on my stay. But I would like to emphasize the willingness for help and goodwill of the hotel! We had to cancel spontaneously because of the travel warning because of the COVID-19. We booked through a travel agency that was not able to cooperate at all. The lady at the Blue Mansion, with whom I talked on the phone, did not make any trouble and offered me either to postpone the stay or a 100% refund. Although they don't have to! I am quite grateful for the kindness and understanding! For my next trip I will definitely contact the Blue mansion and book there directly. Thanks again very much! Very courteous service! 😊

The rooms are modern and comfortable, and for being an airport hotel the prices are reasonable. However, for an airport hotel it is missing a shuttle and no easy public transport connection. A taxi to the airport costs 30-40€. A small tip to save a bit of money, the Hotel Chariot across the street does have an airport shuttle which only costs 20€ however if you want to fly out and don’t have a car, I suggest looking for a slightly more expensive hotel which has a cheaper or even free shuttle.

A roof for smokers outside would be nice, special during rain! plus I had to repair the window myself at room 210. Staff is friendly. Nice breakfast and coffee!
