Ordered a bouquet on Friday, which would eventually be delivered on Wednesday. On Thursday I receive a message that the zip code was not correct and that the bouquet can be picked up at a Postnl point! After 1 week! After many calls to MyParcel, Postnl and flowers online, nothing is done. Flowers online is not responsible for delivery! They do sell me a bouquet of 31 €, which I have now lost! In the end, I was able to deliver a beautiful bouquet to Fleurop the same day for € 33. For me NEVER more flowers online.
PS: a second attempt by flowers online to deliver the bouquet also went wrong: the bouquet was offered on a completely different street. After a week I still get updates from PostNL that the package can be picked up at a PostNL point! That will look nice!
Indeed the zip code turned out to be incorrect, but Google Maps indicated it. I also assume that PostNL can look up a street name itself.
