I have been sending Birthday and Christmas cards for overseas family for years and never had a problem.

Ordered a birthday card online a week before it should be delivered. But it was not delivered/send. Instead the delivery date for the card was set a week ahead on the Hallmark site, without notifying me of the reason. Then a week later I checked again and the date was set again ahead 4 more days. By now the birthday was almost 2 weeks ago :-( No explanation, or apologies. And their customer service currently has a waiting period over 30 minutes, and when you decide to wait anyway, your call is eventually just disconnected. So NEVER AGAIN Hallmark.nl.
