I would select ZERO points for this unprofessional service. At the time of handing over the car, we asked about the CORONA measures they company takes. We were a bit shocked getting the information that NO CORONA MEASURES are performed at all!! While everyone is trying in a professional way to handle this CORONA issue, this service (and I am talking about the boss who “served” us) simply states that he DOESN’T BELIEVE IN CORONA!!! In the end he REJECTED to take our car and we had to find an alternative (very expensive) solution on short notice. UNPROFESSIONAL!! I

My experience with ParkingPoint was very bad. I would give 0 stars if possible. My car was not driven carefully at all. I have damage to the back. The exhaust was crashed. The employee talked too loudly and was not polite at all, and he deliberately broke up the conversation a few times. He said if you are not satisfied do not join us next time. When I called again he said I don't want to talk to you anymore, and he disconnected he did that a few times before I could finish my first sentence. The person who answers the emails has also said nothing about it and responded with a sentence. So, the parking service and the customer service are very bad.

Started this year via Parkos Valet booked at Parkingpoint. Had previously used this service and always to full satisfaction. This time however, when I returned, I had my entire car interior full of ants. Came from everywhere, at the poker, under the door rubbers etc ... Assumed it was an incident. Now our daughter had booked a valet there too and she had exactly the same ant problem on her return. Only a degree worse. They even walked over the dashboard with her in large numbers ... Furthermore, the car has probably been somewhere in a field because all its wheels were thick under the mud .... I think next time I'll just park at Schiphol and take the shuttle bus ....

Booked through "parking and flying", everything went smoothly. Someone was already waiting on departure, and the car was ready upon arrival. Of course you can expect this from valet parking but with other providers this has sometimes proved difficult.
