They were the cheapest option for the item I was looking for. YOu get what you pay for in terms of shipping and processing times, but my package was delviered within a week, so I'm happy

We ordered a black desk. We got a brown one that was also not complete. Just delivered to the front door when I was not home because I had not received the promised email about delivery date. 2 heavy boxes. If it was a complete brown, I would have just put it on, but could not because of missing (essential) parts. According to them I got a sustainable solution. I did not have to return it, I got my money back. Sustainable for them, but I was left with an incomplete heavy desk. At a time where delivery to the recycling center can cost money. And besides, they had made a mistake. If I wanted to return it, I was allowed to drag it myself to a parcel point and I did not get my money back. So they force you to go along with them in their solution. Because no guarantee that I would get another agency and no guarantee that I would then get my money back. Why not return and money back? Why keep and dispose of it yourself and only then get your money back? It would have been nice if they had picked it up themselves and returned money or provided the correct and complete desk and then took the old one with them. Instead of saddling the customer with all kinds of things. Suspect the black desk never existed and a brown one at random. If it had been complete, they would have gotten away with it too. Definitely won't be ordering there again. You can probably find another store. Oh, and if anyone wants another incomplete brown, it's still in the shed 🙄

Big ten, something went wrong between the order and the order. This was immediately taken up and I received the product in no time. I did not even have to return my received product, due to the environment. Certainly not the last time I order from here

Received items where one product was defective. After we had reported this, Westfalia neatly and quickly sent us a replacement item under warranty. We did not have to return the defective item because we had sent a photo of it to Westfalia as proof. Neatly solved! A reliable company where buying is good.

We had ordered an article of which the dimensions were not correct for us after delivery. We sent a return email and asked for our money back. Despite 'corona time', we received an almost immediate answer to this. With regard to the environment, returns were no problem at all and of course we got our money back. This was neatly worded in an error-free email. Chapeau, that's how it should be!
