Today I was on the phone for 45 minutes and then after a conversation of a few minutes, I got no normal answer to my questions and the easiest way to end the conversation was send an email about what you want to know. Unbelievable .... I don't understand what kind of people work there. They don't deserve stars here, but I have to give one to post that anyway. I don't know if that is read by anyone from the management of the company, I don't believe either ....

Problems with an Alterna system defective part flow sensor. business Customer with showroom in the cold for 2 days. is not an exciting part BUT. Parts are not standard with the selling wholesalers, delivery time wholesalers 12 days. When I tried it through Daikin, it was quite an experience to have a service engineer come, but only in about 10 days. Ordering parts directly via Daikin you must first become a customer, even if you have a debtor number with Daikin, then you are apparently not yet a customer. It is difficult to reach the right person by telephone or the connection is lost, meanwhile, after 2 days of bickering over the telephone for several hours, no part is being delivered via Daikin. hope annoyance from the customer and certainly from me. Daikin is not customer focused on the heating market with the service and delivery of parts and availability at wholesalers, as it is better to turn to established manufacturers such as Remeha. It is inconceivable that in the cold period you cannot get decent parts.

If you are looking for an Airco that is suitable in 2020 with the principle 'smart home', then look further and do NOT buy a Daikin. Background info: In house invested power to AC, work quietly and well as I have always heard from Daikin, no complaining. But the WiFi modules a 150 euros / piece (3 pieces) and the accompanying app is a pure form of deception; feel ripped off! There is no comfort because the APP & Online Controller have not worked well since the last update! Contacting Daikin makes no sense, you should contact your installer who has no in-depth knowledge of the WiFi Controller when it comes to connections. Daikin itself has briefly put information online, but even a graduated IT professional cannot do anything with it. The Out-Of-Home function works via the Daikin servers, and in the summer when it is busy you will not get through, the server will not connect and you will still come home in a very hot house; the AC seemed to be turned on but it was not. It is an expensive, user-unfriendly product! Without! support from Daikin! They say that Daikin is Japanese perfection. I have observed nothing but Dutch arrogance, unwillingness, running away for accountability, leaving the customer to his own devices. Multiple support requests and calls daring, no reply back to date and have been around for over a year! Do you open the App, hoping it does? 450 euros, Down The Drain!

Are friendly on the phone, but don't respond at all afterwards. If after 4 reminders and 3 weeks later you get an 'expert' on the phone, he will send 'prefessional' and 'straight' with a "ball in the cane". Part of sales is after sales ..... But not at Daikin
